Medicaid Home and Community Based Waiver
The Medicaid Home and Community Based Waiver Program is a federally funded resource that provides financial waivers for various community support services for people in need in the United States. In Pennsylvania, people who qualify for waivers can receive them for services and benefits such as our hot meal program.
How The Program Works
If you qualify for the hot meal waiver, we’ll begin by registering you for the service and asking detailed questions about your food preferences, likes and dislikes, allergies, and more. We’ll use this information to create flexible meal options to leave you full, satisfied, and happy each and every time.
