EVV Utilization Quarterly Bonus

Care and Help caregivers are eligible for quarterly bonus for utilizing our HHA Exchange system with EVV success rate of above 85%.  In order to qualify, you must be an active employee for at least 60 days of full time employment.  Bonus is paid during normal payroll with taxes withheld.

Care & Help Benefits

Care and Help Home Care LLC values the contributions of our employees. In appreciation of your dedicated service, we are pleased to offer a variety of affordable benefit plans.

Current employees that have satisfied the 90-day waiting period and work at least 30 hours per week are eligible for benefits. New or rehired field employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible for benefits after completing the 90-day waiting period. You can enroll between your 60th and 90th day with coverage becoming effective the 1st of the month following 90 days of employment.

  • Employees working less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for all benefits
  • The Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) plan is only available to caregivers that work 30 or more hours per week.

 

Open Enrollment 2023

 

All elections made during open enrollment remain in effect for the entire plan year unless you have a qualified change in status. The 2023 plan year begins on April  17, 2023 and ends on May 1, 2023. The next open enrollment will be held in April 2024.

Open Enrollment is an important time of year as you must determine what coverage is best for you and your family. We recommend you review this guide in detail, so you make the right choices. During Open Enrollment you have the option to enroll yourself and your dependents in benefits and / or change or cancel your current benefits.  Submit a form on this page with your information and our benefits department will contact you for details. Your current benefits will continue if you do not cancel them. If you want to elect new, make changes too, or cancel coverage you need to take action. If you want to continue your current coverage without any changes nothing further is required. For your convenience, you can enroll, change or cancel your coverage by phone with our HR department at Benefits@carehc.com
